We have gathered the main guidance on the event, confirming your attendance and establishing the institute.
When and where will the presentation take place?
The latest date, time and venue are on the event page. The organizers keep the information up to date, and it also appears on the attendance form.
How do I confirm my attendance?
Open Confirm attendance, enter your full name and WhatsApp number with area code, read the data use authorization and tap “Confirm my attendance”. Once your submission is complete, “Your attendance is confirmed!” will appear.
Do I need an account or an email address?
No. Attendance is confirmed with your full name and WhatsApp number, with no account registration or email address. Voting for our brand is separate and requires account sign-in to protect votes.
Will I receive a WhatsApp message?
Your confirmation appears on screen. When WhatsApp messaging is enabled, the form will offer an optional authorization to receive the confirmation and a reminder two days before the event. Without this option available and authorized, no automatic messages are sent. We do not add you to groups or sign your number up for advertising.
Can I correct my details or cancel?
Yes. Open the same page in the same browser to view your confirmation. You can correct your details until the event starts or cancel your attendance. If you have changed devices or cleared your cookies, contact the organizers through the official contact.
Can more than one person use the same WhatsApp number?
The form records one confirmation per WhatsApp number. To arrange attendance for family members who share a number or to let us know about accompanying guests, contact the organizers. Do not enter numbers that do not belong to you.
Can a child fill out the form?
For a child to attend, a parent or guardian must use their own details and discuss the family's attendance with the organizers. The form does not ask for the child's details.
Does confirming reserve a seat?
No. It helps the organizers plan the event and does not reserve a seat. Questions about attending can be sent to the organizers.
What accessibility provisions will be available at the event?
Confirmed provisions will be listed on the event page. To discuss access and support for attending, use the official contact. You do not need to send a medical report or diagnosis.
Does confirming attendance also register my vote?
No. Attendance and voting are separate records. Voting for our brand closes on October 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., Brasília time; the voting form will be disabled from October 22.
Does the institute already have a CNPJ and offer services?
Instituto Salve Jorge is in the process of being established and has not been issued a CNPJ. The event introduces the institutional proposal. Services, consultations, therapies, project registration and donations through the website are not yet available.
Who can see my name and phone number?
The list is restricted to authorized administrators. Your data does not appear on a public list. See the purposes, retention periods and request channels in the privacy policy.
